Receipt of goods: In the unusual case that your purchase is not received in a satisfactory condition, please let us know within 5 working days of receipt of your purchase. Once you have received acknowledgement from us in relation to your correspondence. Either a new product will be sent out immediately or a full refund will be given through PayPal. Thank you.

Postage & Packaging is usually included with all purchases made at SimplyART within Europe. Outside Europe & worldwide please contact us for postal costs.
Christmas - Final posting date within Europe is 14th December 2010. Therefore orders must be received by 10th December 2010 to meet this deadline. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order confirming the despatch dates.
Despatch times: Items are usually despatched within 5 working days of payment clearance. This may not always be possible especially at busy periods (see Christmas).
